By booking a session or purchasing any coaching service through this website, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
1. About the Service
Arzoo Sharma provides personalized 1:1 communication coaching for working professionals.
The 1:1 Communication Session is a personalized 60-minute coaching session focused on the client’s individual communication goals and workplace challenges.
The session may cover areas such as:
Workplace communication
Meetings and presentations
Expressing ideas clearly
Communication with managers and senior leaders
Interviews and professional conversations
Confidence and clarity while speaking
This is not an English-language or spoken-English training program.
2. Booking a Session
When you book a session, you agree to provide accurate information and a valid phone number so that Arzoo can contact you before the session.
After booking, Arzoo will have an initial phone conversation with you to understand your goals, challenges, and the communication situations you would like to work on.
The information shared during this conversation will help tailor your 60-minute session to your needs.
3. The 1:1 Session
The session is a genuine, personalized coaching session and is not a sales call, webinar, or group session.
You will work on communication challenges relevant to your professional life and receive practical guidance and feedback.
After the session, if you are interested in continued coaching, Arzoo may explain the full communication coaching program, including its approach, structure, and other relevant details.
The full program is a separate service and is not included in the ₹499 session. You are not automatically enrolled in the full program and there is no obligation to continue.
4. Eligibility
This service is intended for working professionals with a functional level of English who want to improve their professional communication.
The service is not intended for individuals seeking basic English, grammar, or spoken-English training.
5. Payment
The price of the 1:1 Communication Session is ₹499, unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of booking.
Payment must be completed through the payment method provided on the website.
6. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once, provided the request is made at least 6 hours before the scheduled session time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Once a session has been rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again.
7. Refunds
The ₹499 session fee is non-refundable once the booking has been completed.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may use your one-time rescheduling option, provided the request is made at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.
Failure to attend the session without timely rescheduling will result in the session being treated as completed, and no refund will be provided.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Communication coaching provides personalized guidance, practice, feedback, and tools. Individual results depend on the client’s participation, practice, and application of what is discussed during the session.
We do not guarantee any specific career outcome, promotion, salary increase, job offer, or other professional result.
9. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for actively participating in the session and applying the communication techniques and feedback provided.
You should provide relevant and accurate information about the communication situations you want to work on so that the session can be appropriately tailored to you.
Please do not share confidential information belonging to your employer, clients, or other third parties during the session.
10. Confidentiality
Information shared by a client during the coaching process will be treated with reasonable confidentiality and will not knowingly be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide the service.
11. Intellectual Property
All original coaching materials, frameworks, exercises, written resources, videos, and other content provided by Arzoo Sharma remain the intellectual property of Arzoo Sharma unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for personal learning and may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior written permission.
12. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date.
However, website content may be updated, changed, or removed from time to time without prior notice.
13. Privacy
Any personal information collected through the website or during the coaching process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
The coaching service is intended for professional communication development and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice outside the scope of communication coaching.
Arzoo Sharma is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by a client based on information discussed during a coaching session.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
